The invention relates to an engine cover lock catch assembly and a vehicle. The engine cover lock catch assembly comprises a lock catch (1), a lock catch mounting plate (2), a first adjusting piece (3) and a second adjusting piece (4), the first adjusting piece (3) and the second adjusting piece (4) are in linkage with each other, and each of the adjusting pieces (3 and 4) can rotate in the circumferential direction and is mounted on the lock catch mounting plate (2) in an axial locking mode. The lock catch (1) comprises a first threaded shaft (11) and a second threaded shaft (12) which are parallel to each other, and each of the threaded shafts (11 and 12) penetrates through the corresponding adjusting pieces (3 and 4) and forms a lead screw nut pair with the corresponding adjusting pieces (3 and 4). Thus, when the first adjusting piece or the second adjusting piece is operated to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise, the first threaded shaft and the second threaded shaft can move in thedirection getting close to the lock catch mounting plate or being away from the lock catch mounting plate along the axes of the first threaded shaft and the second threaded shaft together, so that the mounting heights of the lock catch on the lock catch mounting plate and the engine cover are adjusted, and a gap between an engine cover and peripheral components is adjusted when the engine cover is closed.
