The invention relates to an engine cover lock catch assembly and a vehicle. The engine cover lock catch assembly comprises a lock catch (1), a lock catch mounting plate (2) and an adjusting piece (3),the adjusting piece (3) can rotate in the circumferential direction and is installed on the lock catch mounting plate (2) in an axial locking mode, the lock catch (1) comprises a threaded shaft (11),and the threaded shaft (11) is arranged on the adjusting piece (3) in a penetrating mode and forms a lead screw nut pair with the adjusting piece (3). By means of the technical scheme, when the adjusting piece is operated to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise, the threaded shaft can move in the direction getting close to the lock catch mounting plate or being away from the lock catch mounting plate along the axis of the threaded shaft according to the lead screw nut principle, so that the lock catch moves in the direction getting close to an engine cover or a lock body, the mounting heights ofthe lock catch on the lock catch mounting plate and the engine cover are adjusted, and a gap between the engine cover and peripheral components is adjusted when the engine cover is closed.
