The invention discloses a cement-free polymer rigid waterproof material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the cement-free polymer rigid waterproof material comprises a liquid material component and a powder material component, and the weight ratio of the liquid material component to the powder material component is 1:(2-6). According to the cement-free polymer rigid waterproof material disclosed by the invention, any general cement or special cement is not added into powder components, the active strength of an active mixed material is excited by an alkaline excitant and a sulfate excitant on the basis of the active mixed material to achieve the effect of cement, and an aluminum salt is added to overcome the problems of low strength, overlong setting time and the like caused by theapplication of the excitation of the active mixed material in the polymer waterproof material.
本发明的不含水泥的聚合物刚性防水材料及其制备方法，其包括液料组分和粉料组分，液料组分和粉料组份的重量比为1:(2～6)。本发明的不含水泥的聚合物刚性防水材料中的粉料组分中不添加任何的通用水泥或特种水泥，而是以活性混合材料为基础，以碱性激发剂、硫酸盐激发剂来激发活性混合材料的活性强度，使其达到水泥的作用，同时添加了铝盐去克服了活性混合材料的激发在聚合物防水材料中应用所导致的强度低、凝结时间过长等问题。
