The saw disc device comprises a mounting base, a mounting plate, a driving motor and a saw disc, wherein the mounting base is suitable for being arranged on the moving device; the mounting plate can be lifted or lowered relative to the mounting base; the driving motor is arranged on the mounting plate; and the saw disc is in transmission connection with a motorshaft of the driving motor, and the saw disc can mill bumps on the base surface when rotating. According to the saw disc device of the cleaning robot in the embodiment, through the cooperation of thesaw disc device and the cleaning device, the bumps and dust on the base surface can be cleaned simultaneously, and the working efficiency is high.
