The invention relates to the technical field of mobile robots, in particular to a sweeping device and a cleaning robot. The cleaning device comprises a mounting beam and a blowing assembly, the blowing assembly is arranged on the mounting beam and comprises a shell, an air valve and a water valve, the shell is provided with a blowing opening, an air channel and a water channel, and the blowing opening is communicated with the air channel and the water channel; wherein the air channel is used for receiving airflow and blowing the airflow out of the shell through the blowing opening, and the water channel is used for receiving water flow and spraying the water flow out of the shell through the blowing opening; the air valve is arranged in the air duct and used for adjusting the flow of airflow flowing into the blowing opening through the air duct; the water valve is arranged in the water channel and used for adjusting the flow of water flowing into the blowing opening through the water channel. By means of the mode, airflow and water flow can be mixed at the blowing opening to form water mist, the water mist can flush the ground and blow garbage at the same time, and therefore the sweeping effect is enhanced, and the sweeping efficiency is improved.
