The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic materials, and discloses a porous silicon carbide ceramic which comprises the following raw materials: a main material, a dispersant, a binder and deionized water, wherein the main material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of silicon carbide, 1-10 parts of a sintering aid, 2-10 parts of a pore-forming agent and 2-10 parts of an additive; the sintering aid is calcium oxide and yttrium oxide; the pore-forming agent is a mixture of ammonium perchlorate and bismuth subcarbonate; the additive is calcite powderand/or diabase powder. The porous silicon carbide ceramic not only has a relatively low sintering temperature, but also has a relatively low thermal expansion coefficient and relatively high thermalshock resistance so that the preparation of the porous silicon carbide ceramic with excellent performance is realized, and the purpose of saving energy consumption is achieved.
本发明涉及陶瓷材料技术领域,公开了一种多孔碳化硅陶瓷,所述多孔碳化硅陶瓷的原料包括主料、分散剂、粘结剂和去离子水;其中,按照重量份数计,所述主料包括80‑90重量份的碳化硅、1‑10重量份的烧结助剂、2‑10重量份的造孔剂和2‑10重量份的添加剂;所述烧结助剂为氧化钙和氧化钇;所述造孔剂为高氯酸铵和碱式碳酸铋的混合物;所述添加剂为方解石粉末和/或辉绿岩粉末。本发明所述多孔碳化硅陶瓷除了具有较低的烧结温度,还具有较低的热膨胀系数以及较高的抗热震性能,实现了性能优异的多孔碳化硅陶瓷的制备,达到了节约能耗的目的。
