Automatic locking device
The invention relates to an automatic locking device which comprises a data charging head, a snap ring, a mounting plate, a top rod, a positioning rod, a connecting rod device, a servo motor and a controller, wherein the connecting rod device comprises a connecting rod a and a connecting rod b, and the mounting plate is fixedly connected with the outer surface of an object to which a lock needs tobe mounted; one end of the connecting rod a is movably connected with one end of the connecting rod b, one end of the top rod is attached to the other end of the connecting rod a, and the positioningrod is attached to the other end of the connecting rod b; the positioning rod is movably connected with the top rod, and an output shaft of the servo motor is movably connected with the positioning rod; and the servo motor and the data charging head are electrically connected with the controller. The controller is powered through the data charging head and controls the servo motor to provide power, so that the positioning rod can exit a positioning slot, and thus a purpose of unlocking is achieved. When locking, the snap ring pushes the connecting rod a to move in the direction of a spring a,the top rod can effectively passes through the snap ring through an interlocking structure of the connecting rod device, the positioning rod and the top rod, and thus a purpose of locking is achieved. The automatic locking device is simple in structure, safe and reliable.
本发明涉及一种自动锁装置,包括数据充电头、卡环、安装板、顶杆、定位杆、连杆装置、伺服电机和控制器,连杆装置包括连杆a和连杆b,安装板与需要安装锁的物品外表面固定连接,连杆a的一端与连杆b的一端可动连接;顶杆的一端与连杆a的另一端相贴,定位杆与连杆b的另一端相贴;定位杆与顶杆可动连接;伺服电机的输出轴与定位杆可动连接;伺服电机、数据充电头均与控制器电连接;通过数据充电头为控制器功能,控制器控制伺服电机提供动力,能够使定位杆退出定位槽,从而达到开锁目的;关锁时,卡环推动连杆a沿弹簧a方向移动,经过连杆装置、定位杆和顶杆的连锁结构,保证顶杆能有效的穿过卡环,从而达到锁定目的。本自动锁结构简单,安全可靠。
