The invention discloses a novel composite external wall heat-insulating brick. The novel composite external wall heat-insulating brick comprises a heat-insulating brick body, wherein a first clampingblock is arranged on the left side of the heat-insulating brick body; a first clamping groove which corresponds to the first clamping block is formed in the right side of the heat-insulating brick body; two second clamping blocks which are symmetrically distributed are arranged on the upper surface of the heat-insulating brick body; two second clamping grooves which correspond to the two second clamping blocks are formed in the bottom of the heat-insulating brick body; and a groove is formed in the back of the heat-insulating brick body. The novel composite external wall heat-insulating brickhas good heat-insulating performance, the weight of the brick body is reduced, and the brick can more conveniently adhere to a wall surface; the first clamping block is joggled and locked with the first clamping groove, and each second clamping block is also joggled and locked with the corresponding second clamping groove, so that a whole body is formed; after combination, the brick cannot move left and right, so that the construction time is greatly shortened; and moreover, a gap between two heat-insulating bricks is filled with foam glue, so that a gap does not exist between the two brick bodies, and the heat-insulating performance is improved.
