Preparation method of thermal insulation filler, thermal insulation type lightweight concrete material and production process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building material production, in particular to a thermal insulation type lightweight concrete material and a production process thereof. The concrete material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 260-320 parts of Portland cement, 60-75 parts of fly ash, 80-100 parts of foamed cement light soil, 50-70 parts of expanded perlite, 45-60 parts of shale ceramsite, 30-45 parts of vitrified micro bubbles, 60-75 parts of lithopone, 50-60 parts of aggregate, 25-36 parts of a heat preservation filler, 3.5-4.5 parts of a HK-7 pumping agent, 8-13 parts of a water reducing agent and 160-240 parts of water. The prepared concrete material is good in heat-conducting property and compressive strength; the mass is light, the impermeability is excellent, and the fracture resistance is also excellent; and moreover, the self-weight is light, so that the self-weight of the building is effectively reduced, and the foundation treatmentcost and the construction cost are also reduced.
本发明涉及建材生产技术领域,具体涉及一种保温型轻质混凝土材料及其生产工艺;由以下重量份的原料制成:硅酸盐水泥260~320份、粉煤灰60~75份、泡沫水泥轻质土80~100份、膨胀珍珠岩50~70份、页岩陶粒45~60份、玻化微珠30~45份、锌钡白60~75份、骨料50~60份、保温填料25~36份、HK‑7泵送剂3.5~4.5份、减水剂8~13份和水160~240份;本发明制备的混凝土材料不仅导热性能及抗压强度较好;而且其质量较轻、抗渗能力优、抗断裂性能也比较优良;再者,其本身自重较轻,有效减小了建筑物的自重,同时也减小了基础处理费用及工程造价。
