The invention discloses a modular pier base pouring tower for building construction, relates to the technical field of concrete pouring equipment, and solves the problems that according to an existingpouring tower, after concrete is solidified and formed in the existing pouring tower, a formed pier stud can adhere to the inner wall of the pouring tower, and the pier stud and the pouring tower arenot prone to stripping due to a large viscous force. The modular pier base pouring tower for building construction comprises a pouring cylinder, an annular frame, a motor and a shear fork mechanism,the pouring cylinder comprises rail rings and a gear ring, the two rail rings are welded to the bottom section of the pouring cylinder in an up-down spaced sleeving and sliding mode, the two rail rings are both provided with an annular sliding groove, and the gear ring is welded and fixed to the bottommost portion of the pouring cylinder. A rod, a connecting rod and a sliding plate jointly form aslider-crank mechanism, and a servo motor can drive a sliding plate to slide up and down in a reciprocating mode through the slider-crank mechanism and complete telescopic drive control over the shearfork mechanism.
