A height of the deceleration strip can be controlled according to a running speed of an automobile, when the automobile passes at a low speed, the deceleration strip does not ascend, damage to the automobile is prevented, the higher the speed of the automobile is, the higher the height of the deceleration strip is, a deceleration effect is achieved, under the condition that the automobile is overspeed, the overspeedautomobile is photographed, and a traffic police can monitor the overspeed automobile conveniently.
