A placement space is formed in the box body; an induction mechanism is arranged in the placement space; the induction mechanism comprises a pedal groove with an upper opening and a lower opening formed in the inner wall of the upper side of the placement space;the inner wall of the rear side of the pedal groove is fixedly connected with a first fixed shaft; the first fixed shaft is rotatably connected with a pedal; an annular block fixedly connected to theinner wall of the upper side of the placement space is arranged on the left side of the pedal groove; and an annular groove with an outward opening is formed in the annular block. A height of the deceleration strip can be controlled according to a running speed of an automobile, when the automobile passes at a low speed, the deceleration strip does not ascend, damage to the automobile is prevented, the higher the speed of the automobile is, the higher the height of the deceleration strip is, a deceleration effect is achieved, under the condition that the automobile is overspeed, the overspeedautomobile is photographed, and a traffic police can monitor the overspeed automobile conveniently.
