Texture glaze layer applied to surface of rock plate and preparation method oftexture glaze layer
The invention discloses a texture glaze layer applied to the surface of a rock plate. The texture glaze layer is formed by combining ground glaze and polished glaze. The texture glaze layer is characterized in that the ground glaze is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: albite, quartz, nepheline, barium carbonate, zinc oxide, kaolin, calcined kaolin, aluminum oxide and talcum powder; the polished glaze comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: potassium feldspar, albite, kaolin, talcum powder, wollastonite, barium carbonate, zinc oxide, dolomite, emerypowder, calcined kaolin and polymer glue. The texture glaze layer is prepared by the following steps of: respectively treating the ground glaze and polished glaze; and then sequentially performing glazing and sintering so as to prepare the texture glaze layer applied to the surface of the rock plate. In addition, the texture glaze layer formed by the components in the formula has the color and luster similar to those of natural rock, can replace the decoration effect of natural stone; and compared with the natural stone, the texture glaze layer is low in manufacturing cost due to the fact that most of the materials adopted by the texture glaze layer are common inorganic materials.
本发明公开一种应用于岩板表面的质感釉层,由底釉和抛釉结合组成,其特征在于,所述底釉包括以下重量份数的原料:钠长石、石英、霞石、碳酸钡、氧化锌、高岭土、煅烧高岭土、氧化铝和滑石粉;所述抛釉包括以下重量份数的原料:钾长石、钠长石、高岭土、滑石粉、硅灰石、碳酸钡、氧化锌、白云石、刚玉粉、煅烧高岭土和高分子胶水,该质感釉层通过将底釉釉料和抛釉釉料分别进行处理,然后再依次进行上釉烧结,制得应用于岩板表面的质感釉层,此外,该配方中的组分形成的质感釉层具有与天然岩石相近的色泽及光泽,可以代替天然石材的装饰效果,由于采用的大都是常用的无机材料,与天然石材相比,其造价较低。
