Chromophoric glaze layer applied to surface of rock plate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a chromophoric glaze layer applied to the surface of a rock plate, the chromophoric glaze layer is formed by combining ground glaze and polished glaze, and the ground glaze isprepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: potassium feldspar, calcite, quartz, barium carbonate, zinc oxide, kaolin, calcined kaolin, aluminum oxide and talcum powder; the polishedglaze is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: potassium feldspar, kaolin, talcum powder, calcite, barium carbonate, zinc oxide, dolomite, emery powder and calcined kaolin, and the chromophoric glaze layer applied to the surface of the rock plate is prepared by respectively treating ground glaze and polished glaze and then sequentially glazing and sintering the ground glaze and the polished glaze. The chromophoric glaze layer formed by the components in the formula has color and luster similar to those of natural rock, can replace the decorative effect of natural stone, and is lower in manufacturing cost compared with the natural stone due to the fact that most of the components are common inorganic materials.
