Transparent glaze layer applied to surface of rock plate and preparation method of glaze layer
The invention discloses a transparent glaze layer applied to the surface of a rock plate. The glaze layer is formed by combining ground glaze and polished glaze, and is characterized in that the ground glaze is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: albite, potassium feldspar, quartz, barium carbonate, zinc oxide, kaolin, calcined kaolin, aluminum oxide and dolomite; and thepolished glaze is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: albite, potassium feldspar, kaolin, talcum powder, 2-4 part of wollastonite, barium carbonate, zinc oxide, dolomite, emery powder and low-temperature transparent frit, and the transparent glaze layer applied to the surface of the rock plate is prepared by respectively treating the ground glaze and polished glaze, andthen sequentially conducting glazing and sintering. Besides, the transparent glaze layer formed by the components in the formula has color and luster similar to those of natural rock, can replace thedecorative effect of natural stone, and is lower in manufacturing cost compared with the natural stone due to the fact that most of the adopted inorganic materials are common inorganic materials.
本发明公开一种应用于岩板表面的透感釉层,由底釉和抛釉结合组成,其特征在于,所述底釉包括以下重量份数的原料:钠长石、钾长石、石英、碳酸钡、氧化锌、高岭土、煅烧高岭土、氧化铝和白云石;所述抛釉包括以下重量份数的原料:钠长石、钾长石、高岭土、滑石粉、硅灰石2‑4份、碳酸钡、氧化锌、白云石、刚玉粉和低温透明熔块,该透感釉层通过将底釉釉料和抛釉釉料分别进行处理,然后再依次进行上釉烧结,制得应用于岩板表面的透感釉层,此外,该配方中的组分形成的透感釉层具有与天然岩石相近的色泽及光泽,可以代替天然石材的装饰效果,由于采用的大都是常用的无机材料,与天然石材相比,其造价较低。
