The invention provides a recycled asphalt mixture production process, which comprises the following steps: S1, soaking and cleaning an old asphalt mixture, drying, crushing and screening to obtain twogrades of materials; S2, adding a modification regenerant into the new asphalt, uniformly mixing, adding the mixture into the old asphalt mixture with smaller particle size, and heating and stirring;S3, preheating the old asphalt mixture with large particle size, then adding a modification regenerant into the new asphalt, uniformly mixing, then adding the mixture into the preheated old asphalt mixture, and heating and stirring; and S4, mixing the mixtures finally obtained in the step S2 and the step S3 according to the proportion, uniformly stirring at the temperature of 150-170 DEG C, sequentially adding water and the new aggregate, and stirring to obtain the recycled asphalt mixture. According to the method, the old asphalt mixture can be effectively recycled, and waste of resources and pollution to the environment are avoided.
