The invention discloses a method for producing imitation stone from waste granite. The method comprises the steps of (1) preparing backing material raw materials including 20-50% of concrete construction waste, 20-50% of aggregate, 8-18% of cement and 5-12% of water; (2) preparing surface material raw materials including 35-60% of waste granite, 35-60% of white cement and 5-10% of water; (3) mixing the concrete construction waste, the aggregate, the cement and a water phase to obtain a first mixture, and pressing the first mixture to form a backing material layer; (4) mixing the waste granite,the white cement and the water phase to obtain a second mixture, paving the second mixture on the backing material and pressing to form a surface material layer on the backing material layer; and (5)conducting maintenance and surface polishing grinding on the surface material layer and the backing material layer to obtain a stone-like product. According to the method, the waste granite can be recycled to stably regenerate the imitation stone, and the purposes of protecting the environment and recycling resources are achieved.
本发明公开了一种废弃花岗岩生产仿石材生产方法，(1)预备底料原料：混凝土类建筑垃圾20～50％、骨料20～50％、水泥8～18％和水5～12％；(2)预备面料原料：废弃花岗岩35～60％、白水泥35～60％和水5～10％；(3)将混凝土类建筑垃圾、骨料、水泥和水相混合获得第一混合料，对第一混合料进行压制，形成底料层；(4)将废弃花岗岩、白水泥和水相混合获得第二混合料，将第二混合料平铺在底料上并进行压制，在所述底料层上形成面料层；(5)对面料层和底料层进行养护和表面抛光打磨，获得仿石材制品。本发明能对废弃花岗岩进行回收稳定再生仿石材，达到了保护环境，资源再生利用的目的。
