The invention discloses an automatic cleaning robot for a building outer wall. The automatic cleaning robot comprises a shell, a walking device and a cleaning device. The shell is a rectangular body,an inner cavity is formed in the shell, and a safety rope is fixedly connected to the shell; the walking device is mounted below the shell. The cleaning device comprises two rolling brush mechanisms,atomization mechanisms, scraper blade mechanisms and an air drying mechanism. The two rolling brush mechanisms are arranged on the two opposite sides of the shell correspondingly. The atomization mechanisms are arranged on the inner sides of the rolling brush mechanisms, the scraper blade mechanisms are arranged on the inner sides of the atomization mechanisms, the air drying mechanism comprises afan arranged in the shell, air holes are distributed in the lower end of the shell, and the air holes are formed between the two scraper blade mechanisms. The robot can better walk on a glass curtainwall, and is simple in structure, convenient to use and high in stability.
