The invention discloses a crawler-type investigation and inspection robot which comprises a mounting base, a control panel and a machine bin, a double-shaft motor is arranged in the middle of the interior of the mounting base, a driving gear is arranged at the output end of the double-shaft motor, and circulating guide rails are arranged on the two sides of the outer side of the mounting base; guide blocks matched with each other are arranged on the sides, away from each other, of the two sets of circulating guide rails, two sets of inner gear rings connected with each other are arranged on the sides, away from each other, of the four sets of guide blocks, and the driving gear is engaged with the inner gear rings. Through meshing transmission connection of the inner gear rings, the drivengear and the driving gear and connection assembly of the inner gear rings and a caterpillar band, the inner gear rings can drive the caterpillar band to move the whole device under guiding of the circulating guide rails and the guide blocks, the structure is faster than a traditional caterpillar band and caterpillar band wheel moving mode, meanwhile, the structure is simple and reasonable, and thepracticability of the device and the working efficiency of part disassembly and replacement are improved.
本发明公开了一种履带式侦查巡检机械人,包括安装座和控制面板与机仓,所述安装座内部的中间位置处设有双轴电机,所述双轴电机的输出端设有主动齿轮,所述安装座外侧的两侧设有循环导轨,两组所述循环导轨相互远离的一侧设有相互配合的导块,四组所述导块相互远离的一侧设有两组相互连接的内齿圈,且主动齿轮与内齿圈相互啮合。本发明通过内齿圈与从动齿轮和主动齿轮的啮合传动连接以及内齿圈与履带的连接装配,可使内齿圈在循环导轨与导块的导向下带动履带对装置整体进行移动工作,该结构不仅快于传统的履带及履带轮移动方式,同时结构简单合理,增加装置的实用性和部件拆装更换的工作效率。
