Crawler-type intelligent pouring robot
The invention provides a crawler-type intelligent pouring robot which comprises pulping equipment, a conveying pipe, a self-sealing mechanism and a mold, and a pouring opening used for pouring slurry is formed in the mold; the robot comprises a moving mechanism and a mechanical arm. The self-sealing mechanism is arranged at the tail end of the mechanical arm; one end of the self-sealing mechanism is connected with the conveying pipe; the self-sealing mechanism comprises an electric valve, an air pressure sensor, a self-sealing pipe body and a PLC module, one end of the electric valve is connected with an output port of the conveying pipe, and the other end of the electric valve is connected with an input port of the self-sealing pipe body; a pipe opening air hole is formed in the end, close to the output opening, of the self-sealing pipe body. The air pressure sensor is electrically connected with the PCL module and further electrically connected with an air pressure sensor probe, and the air pressure sensor probe is arranged in the pipe opening air hole. Opening and closing of the electric valve are controlled by detecting air pressure change through the air pressure sensor; the device has the advantage that the conveying pipe orifice for pouring slurry can be automatically closed when the mold is poured.
