The invention discloses a porous brick preparation method which comprises the steps: preparing a material for preparing a porous brick, crushing the material, screening, preparing different materialsaccording to a certain ratio, uniformly stirring the prepared materials, adding a sintering aid to the uniformly stirred particles, and uniformly stirring, pressing and molding the prepared materialsby adopting a porous brick pressing mold, stacking the pressed porous bricks in order, putting the porous bricks into a furnace for high-temperature sintering, pulling the sintered bricks out of the sintering furnace after the sintered bricks are sintered, and quickly cooling the bricks by adopting a high-speed fan. The preparation method of the porous brick is reasonable, and the quality of the prepared brick is good; and engineering materials are recycled so that the production cost of the brick is reduced.
本发明公开了一种多孔砖制备方法，首先准备用于制备多孔砖的材料，将材料进行粉碎后进行筛料，将不同的材料按照一定的比例进行配置，并将配置好的材料搅拌均匀，将搅拌均匀的颗粒料中添加烧结助剂后搅拌均匀，将准备好的材料采用多孔砖压制模具压制成型，将压制好的多孔砖堆放整齐后放入到火炉中进行高温烧结，当烧结的砖头烧结好了后拉出烧结炉后采用高速风机快速降温，该多孔砖的制备方法合理，制备的砖头的质量好，采用工程材料循环再利用，降低砖头的生产成本。
