System for increasing rotation speed of excavator during loading and control method
The invention discloses a system for increasing the rotation speed of an excavator during loading. The system comprises a first pump, a second pump, a movable arm oil cylinder, a rotation motor, a second movable arm valve element and a rotation valve element. High-pressure oil output by the first pump enters a rodless cavity of the movable arm oil cylinder through a control port of a first movable arm valve element. One path of high pressure output by the second pump enters the rotation motor through a control port of the rotation valve element. The other path enters the rodless cavity of the movable arm oil cylinder through a control port of the second movable arm valve element. The second movable arm valve element and the control port of the rodless cavity of the movable arm oil cylinder are controlled by a proportional electromagnetic valve. The rotation pressure is not completely determined by the pressure of a movable arm any more, and a lifting space is provided. Under the operation condition that the movable arm lifting requirement is not high, the rotation speed can be increased, and the operation efficiency is improved.
