The invention discloses a cleaning device for high-altitude glass in a cold region. The cleaning device comprises an upper wall and a lower wall, wherein the upper wall and the lower wall are jointly and fixedly connected with a glass body; a solar panel is fixedly arranged on the side, facing the outside, of the upper wall; an L-shaped groove and a through hole are formed in the upper wall; a groove opening of the L-shaped groove right faces the lower wall; the L-shaped groove is connected with the through hole in a penetrating mode; a convex lens is fixedly arranged at the connecting position in a penetrating mode; a first rotating shaft and a missing tooth gear are coaxially arranged in and rotationally connected with the L-shaped groove; and a soft rubber body is fixedly arranged on the top wall of the L-shaped groove. The cleaning device has the advantages that the cleaning box moves downwards to clean the glass body under the action of a photoresistor and under the condition of no illumination at night, a cleaning cavity moves upwards to restore to the original position when illumination exists on the next day, and in the process, heat is released through a heat release box, so hot air is liquefied into water drops when encountering the cold glass body, and the glass body can be better cleaned.
