3D printing gypsum powder and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a 3D printing gypsum powder and a preparation method thereof. The 3D printing gypsum powder is prepared from, by mass, 80-90 parts of alpha gypsum powder, 5-10 parts of talcum powder, 1-5 parts of white Portland cement, 1-5 parts of modified toughening fiber, 0.1-0.5 part of rubber powder and 0.1-0.3 part of a thickening time control agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing the talcum powder, the white Portland cement, the modified toughening fiber, the rubber powder and the thickening time control agent in a V-shaped mixer for 20-40 min, then adding the alpha gypsum powder, feeding into a horizontal mixer, mixing for 0.5-1.5 h, and uniformly mixing the components to obtain the required 3D printing gypsum powder. The method is scientific and reasonable in design, and when the 3D printing gypsum powder is used for 3D printing, due to the fact that the fluidity of the gypsum powder is good, powder laying of a printer is uniform; a printed product is high in strength and easy to form; and the surface of the product is smooth and has no concave-convex pits.
