Gypsum 3D printing powder as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides gypsum 3D printing powder, which is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 87.8 to 98.5 percent of commercial alpha gypsum; 0.5%-1% of hydrophobic nano silicon dioxide; 1%-3% of soluble starch; 0%-1.2% of sodium oxalate; 0%-7% of 2488 type PVA (Polyvinyl Alcohol). The invention also provides a preparation method of the gypsum 3D printing powder, which comprises the following steps: step 1, weighing commercial alpha gypsum according to the mass percentage, drying and sieving to obtain gypsum powder; step 2, weighing hydrophobic nano silicon dioxide and soluble starch according to the mass percentage, and barreling and mixing the hydrophobic nano silicon dioxide and the soluble starch with the gypsum powder to obtain first powder; step 3, weighing sodium oxalate according to the mass percentage, and barreling and mixing the sodium oxalate with the first powder to obtain second powder; and step 4, weighing the corresponding amount of 2488 type PVA according to the mass percentage, and barreling and mixing the 2488 type PVA and the second powder to obtain the gypsum 3D printing powder. The invention also provides application of the gypsum 3D printing powder in preparation of a polymorphic pore structure functional material.
