The invention discloses an agricultural water-saving irrigation system. The agricultural water-saving irrigation system comprises a moving plate, moving wheels are arranged at the bottom end of the moving plate, a push rod is arranged on the moving plate; the bottom end of a box body is fixedly connected with the top end of the moving plate, a water chamber, a fertilizer and pesticide chamber and a mixing chamber are arranged in the box body, a rainwater collecting box, a first switch valve, a second switch valve, a stirring mechanism, a water pump, a controller and a battery are arranged at the top end of the box body. The rainwater collecting box can fully collect rainwater, water resources are greatly saved, when irrigation is needed, the controller opens the first switch valve, water in the water chamber enters the mixing chamber, and irrigation of crops is achieved through the water pump and a liquid spraying pipe; when pesticide needs to be sprayed, the controller opens the first switch valve and the second switch valve, so that the water in the water chamber and fertilizer in the fertilizer chamber enter the mixing chamber, are uniformly stirred through the stirring mechanism, and then are sprayed out through the liquid spraying pipe to spray the pesticide to the crops. The water-saving irrigation system has multiple functions, and the labor intensity of people is reduced.
