The invention relates to an efficient water-saving agricultural irrigation system which comprises a monitoring module used for monitoring weather, soil moisture content and water storage capacity to form monitoring data and transmitting the monitoring data to a control module; the control module is used for receiving the monitoring data, generating an irrigation scheme and sending a control instruction to the water supply module; the water supply module is used for receiving the control instruction and performing automatic irrigation according to the control instruction; the power supply module is used for supplying power to the control module, the water supply module and the monitoring module; wherein the power supply module is electrically connected with the control module, the water supply module and the monitoring module, the monitoring module is in data connection with the control module, and the control module is in data connection with the water supply module. The irrigation water consumption can be accurately controlled, the irrigation system is started and stopped in time, and intelligent irrigation is achieved.
