Surface modification enhanced gypsum powder as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses surface modification enhanced gypsum powder which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of alpha-gypsum, 35-40 parts of fine sand, 2-3 parts of redispersible latex powder, 1-3 parts of cellulose ether, 2-4 parts of a coupling agent, 0.1-0.3 part of a water reducing agent, 0.3-0.9 part of a retarder and 0.2-0.5 part of an enhancer. Preferably, the redispersible latex powder is a copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene, and is prepared by the steps of carrying out emulsion polymerization on vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers under the action of polyvinyl alcohol serving as protective glue to obtain a parent emulsion, and then carrying out spray drying to obtain the redispersible latex powder. Preferably, the cellulose ether is any one of carboxymethyl cellulose ether, sulfonic acid ethyl cellulose ether, carboxymethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose ether, methyl cellulose ether, hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose ether, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether and the like. The surface modification enhanced gypsum powder provided by the invention has the advantages of short initial setting and setting time and high strength.
