The invention discloses a ladder foot end height adjusting device which comprises a device base, a foot sleeve and a tension bolt, a plurality of limiting holes are formed in the side wall of the device base, a plurality of mounting grooves with different heights are formed in the outer side wall of the foot sleeve, and the tension bolt is inserted into the mounting grooves and the limiting holes at different heights. The fixing heights of the foot sleeves in the device base are different, so that the purpose of adjusting the height of the ladder is achieved. Therefore, the ladder can be quickly balanced, and the purpose of working on bumpy ground is achieved.
