Stratum similar material for tunnel temperature field model test and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a stratum similar material for a tunnel temperature field model test and a preparation method of the stratum similar material. The stratum similar material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 5 to 7 parts of graystone, 1 to 3 parts of sand, 3 to 5 parts of soil and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of anti-freezing liquid. Weighing the graystone, the sand and the soil according to the proportion; uniformly mixing the graystone, the sand and the soil mixture; adding the anti-freezing liquid and fully stirring; the mixed materials are put into a 130 * 10 mm round forming die, and tamping forming is conducted; and putting the molded mold into a curing box, curing for 24 hours, and demolding to obtain the surrounding rock similar material for the tunnel temperature field model test. The same heat transfer rule of similar materials and actual surrounding rocks can be achieved, the heat conductivity coefficient of the similar materials can be changed by changing the material proportion so as to adapt to thermodynamic properties of different tunnel surrounding rocks, and possibility is provided for simulating the time-space evolution rule of a real cold region tunnel temperature field.
