The underground pipeline dredging device is characterized in that the underground pipeline dredging device comprises a machine shell, a rotary tool bit, a wall scraping device, a rotary shaft, a driving device and a synchronous shaft sleeve, the wall scraping device comprises a wall scraping shell, a lifting scraping head, telescopic rods, a fixing plate and a synchronous block, the fixing plate is arranged in the wall scraping shell, and the telescopic rods are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the fixing plate; the end of the telescopic rod at the upper end is connected with a lifting scraping head, the end of the telescopic rod at the lower end is connected with a synchronous block, the synchronous block is movably arranged at an opening of the inner wall of the wall scraping shell, the synchronous block is provided with a protruding block, the synchronous shaft sleeve is provided with a groove, and the synchronous block is matched with the synchronous shaft sleeve. The synchronous block can embed a convex block arranged at the bottom into a groove in the outer wall of the synchronous shaft sleeve through extension of the telescopic rod, rotation controllability and adjustability of the wall scraping device are achieved through rotation of the rotating shaft, meanwhile, the lifting scraping head can adapt to pipelines with different diameters through the telescopic rod, and the adaptability of the device is improved.
一种地下管道清淤装置及其工作方法,其特征在于:包括机壳、旋转刀头、刮壁装置、转轴、驱动装置、同步轴套,所述刮壁装置包括刮壁外壳、升降刮头、伸缩杆、固定板、同步块,所述固定板设于刮壁外壳内部,所述固定板上下两端均设有伸缩杆,所述上端的伸缩杆端部连接有升降刮头,所述下端的伸缩杆端部连接有同步块,所述同步块活动设置于刮壁外壳内壁开口处,所述同步块设有凸块,所述同步轴套设有凹槽,所述同步块与同步轴套配合。同步块能够通过伸缩杆的伸长,将底部设置的凸块嵌入同步轴套外壁上的凹槽中,在通过转轴的旋转,实现刮壁装置的转动可控化、可调节化,同时升降刮头也能够通过伸缩杆适应不同直径大小的管道,增加装置的适应性。
