Minimally invasive waterproof layer reconstruction method for existing building
The method comprises the following steps that S1, accumulated water in a basement is pumped and drained, and floating ash and attachments on the surface of a wall body of the basement are cleaned; s2, grouting holes which are formed in a plum blossom shape at equal intervals are drilled, the grouting holes penetrate through a structural layer of the wall to reach the surface position of a soil layer, grouting pipes are installed in the grouting holes, and gaps between the grouting pipes and the grouting holes are blocked through a quick-hardening plugging agent; s3, waterproof liquid is prepared, and a grouting machine is used for being sequentially connected with the grouting pipes to conduct grouting on the waterproof liquid; s4, after grouting is completed, grouting construction is conducted for the second time at the interval of at least 24 hours; s5, after construction of the waterproof layer is completed, grouting pipes are treated, and holes are sealed; the waterproof structure has the advantages of being good in waterproof effect, small in influence on buildings and convenient to construct.
本发明公开一种既有建筑物微创再造防水层方法,包括如下步骤:S1:抽排地下室积水,清理地下室墙体表面浮灰及附着物;S2:打呈梅花状等距布置的注浆孔,使注浆孔穿过墙体的结构层到达土层表面位置,将注浆管安装进所述注浆孔中,并用快硬型堵漏剂封堵所述注浆管和注浆孔的间隙;S3:配备防水液,用注浆机依次连接所述注浆管来对防水液进行注浆;S4:待注浆完成,间隔至少24小时后,进行第二次注浆施工;S5:防水层施工完成后,处理注浆管和进行封孔;本发明有着防水效果好、对建筑影响小、施工方便的优点。
