The invention relates to the technical field of waterproofing, in particular to a process method for reconstructing a minimally invasive inner waterproof layer. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, determining a water leakage or water seepage area; 2, drilling holes in the roof in the water leakage or water seepage area; thirdly, CPS node waterproof sealant is injected into the drill hole in a high-pressure pouring mode; fourthly, after injection, the CPS node waterproof sealant is rapidly diffused on the surface of the original waterproof layer, and finally a reconstructed waterproof layer is formed on the surface of the original waterproof layer; and step 5, detecting after standing, and if water leakage or water seepage occurs, repeating the step 1 to the step 4 until no water leakage or water seepage occurs, thereby completing the reconstruction of the minimally invasive inner waterproof layer.
