Method for minimally invasive reconstruction of waterproof layer
The invention discloses a method for minimally invasive reconstruction of a waterproof layer, and belongs to the technical field of building repairing. The method comprises the following steps that accumulated water and sundries in a basement are cleaned up; polishing the surface of the crack part; grouting holes are drilled in the crack trend, and grouting pipes are embedded in the grouting holes; paving a layer of fast curing mortar at the crack part to block the crack; meanwhile, waterproof slurry is prepared; waterproof slurry is injected between the original waterproof layer and the bottom plate through a grouting pipe; wherein the waterproof slurry is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50 to 80 parts of Portland cement, 15 to 25 parts of polyurethane composite material, 6 to 10 parts of regenerated micro powder, 2 to 5 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 0.05 to 0.1 part of calcium glycerophosphate, 0.01 to 0.03 part of retarder and 30 to 50 parts of water; after grouting is completed, after the waterproof slurry is solidified for a period of time, the grouting pipe is taken out, and the grouting holes are blocked through the waterproof slurry. The method is easy to operate, and damage to an original basement is small.
