The desilting cutting device comprises a driving motor arranged on the outer side of an auger housing, a driving gear and a rack; the driving motor is installed on the side wall of the auger housing, the driving gear is connected to the output end of the driving motor, and the rack is in engagement connection with the drivinggear; the rack is connected with a cutter, one end of the cutter is fixedly connected with the rack, and the other end of the cutter extends to the side, away from a desilting opening, of a grid filtering net. The desilting cutting device and the desilting robot have the beneficial effects that the driving motor drives the driving gear to rotate, the rack horizontally engaged with the driving gear moves on the top of the auger housing horizontally, the cutter arranged corresponding to the grid filtering net is driven to move horizontally leftwards and rightwards, accordingly, it is achieved that foreign matter stuck in the grid filtering net is cut and smashed, thus, the desilting opening can smoothly suck silt, and it is ensured that the desilting robot can normally work for a long time.
