Handheld calibrator for horizontal member installation
A handheld calibrator for horizontal component installation comprises a supporting frame, the whole supporting frame is in an L shape, the supporting frame comprises a vertical plate and a horizontal plate, a horizontal supporting shaft located above the horizontal plate is installed on one side face of the vertical plate, and a vertical rocker arm is installed on the horizontal supporting shaft; one end of the vertical rocker arm is connected to the horizontal supporting shaft in a sleeving mode and can freely rotate around the horizontal supporting shaft, a ray emitter is installed at the other end of the vertical rocker arm, the axis of an emitting opening of the ray emitter is perpendicular to the axis of the vertical rocker arm, an emitting switch is installed on the supporting frame, and the emitting switch is in communication connection with the ray emitter. A protective cover covering the vertical rocker arm is installed on the supporting frame, and the lower end of the vertical rocker arm extends out of the protective cover. Light rays emitted by the ray reflector can be kept horizontal all the time through the vertical rocker arm, horizontal alignment can be conveniently carried out in the installation process of a horizontal component, operation is convenient, and construction efficiency can be improved.
水平构件安装手持校准仪,包括支撑架,支撑架整体成L形,支撑架包括竖向板和水平板,竖向板的一侧面上安装有位于水平板上方的水平支撑轴,水平支撑轴上安装有垂直摇臂,垂直摇臂的一端套接在水平支撑轴上且能够绕水平支撑轴自由转动,垂直摇臂的另一端安装有射线发射器,射线发射器的发射口的轴线与垂直摇臂的轴线互相垂直,支撑架上安装有发射开关,所述发射开关与射线发射器通讯连接,支撑架上安装有罩在垂直摇臂上方的护罩,所述垂直摇臂的下端伸出护罩。本发明能够通过垂直摇臂的使射线反射器发射的光线始终保持水平,便于对水平构件安装过程中进行水平找正,操作方便,而且有助于提高了施工效率。
