The invention relates to a combined track panel detection device which comprises a plurality of track detection trolleys which are sequentially connected in series. The track detection trolley comprises a trolley body provided with a walking mechanism, and a track panel detection unit is arranged on the trolley body. At least part of the walking mechanisms are provided with power driving equipment. In addition, the invention further relates to a track panel state detection method based on the combined track panel detection device and a track panel fine adjustment method based on the track panel state detection method. According to the invention, the plurality of track detection trolleys connected in series are adopted, so that the richness of detection data is high, and the accuracy and the detection efficiency of track panel detection can be correspondingly improved; the track panel state of a single adjusting point position is not used as a detection reference, a certain track panel section where the adjusting point position is located is selected as the detection reference, the rigidity characteristic of the track panel is fully considered, and the adjusting amount of the target adjusting point position is determined on the basis, so that the influence on the track panel state of the adjacent adjusting point position during adjusting operation is avoided; therefore, the adjustment precision of the track panel can be effectively improved.
本发明涉及一种组合式轨排检测装置,包括多辆轨检小车,各轨检小车依次串接;轨检小车包括设有行走机构的车体,车体上设有轨排检测单元;至少部分行走机构配置有动力驱动设备。另外还涉及基于该组合式轨排检测装置的轨排状态检测方法以及基于该轨排状态检测方法的轨排精调方法。本发明采用串接的多辆轨检小车,检测数据丰富度较高,能相应地提高轨排检测的准确性和检测效率;并非以单一调整点位的轨排状态为检测基准,而是选取该调整点位所在的某一轨排段落为检测基准,充分考虑轨排的刚性特点,在此基础上确定目标调整点位的调整量,避免进行调整作业时对相邻调整点位的轨排状态造成影响,因此能有效地提高轨排调整精度。
