The track panel detection vehicle comprises a vehicle body, a walking mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body, and a track panel detection unit is arranged on the vehicle body; a plurality of prisms are arranged on the vehicle body and are sequentially arranged at intervals in the transverse direction of the vehicle body. In addition, the invention further relates to a track panel detection device which comprises a plurality of track detection trolleys which are sequentially connected in series. At least part of the track detection trolleys adopt the track panel detection vehicle. Correspondingly, the invention further provides a track panel fine adjustment method. A plurality of prisms are arranged on a vehicle body, synchronous tracking measurement of a left track panel and a right track panel can be achieved, space attitude calculation of the track panels and real-time feedback of track panel conditions can be achieved according to measurement results, and therefore an optimal adjustment scheme, a real-time adjustment control strategy and correction control parameters are analyzed; compared with a traditional scheme of combining a single prism and a sensor, the multi-prism detection scheme provided by the invention can effectively improve the detection precision and the detection efficiency, and can avoid the problem that the detection precision is reduced due to the detection error of the sensor.
本发明涉及一种轨排检测车,包括车体,车体底部设有行走机构,车体上设有轨排检测单元;车体上设有多个棱镜,各棱镜沿车体横向依次间隔布置。另外还涉及一种轨排检测装置,包括多辆轨检小车,各轨检小车依次串接;至少部分轨检小车采用上述轨排检测车。相应地还提供了轨排精调方法。通过在车体上设置多个棱镜,可以实现左右轨排的同步跟踪测量,根据测量结果可以实现轨排空间姿态计算,实时反馈轨排状况,从而分析出最优的调整方案,实时调整控制策略,修正控制参数;相较于传统的通过单棱镜+传感器的方案,本发明提供的多棱镜检测方案能够有效地提高检测精度和检测效率,可以避免由于传感器检测误差带来的检测精度下降问题。
