The invention relates to a track panel fine adjustment detection device which comprises a plurality of groups of fine adjustment detection mechanisms which are sequentially connected in series, each fine adjustment detection mechanism comprises a track panel fine adjustment vehicle and a track detection trolley, and each track panel fine adjustment vehicle comprises a first vehicle body and a track panel fine adjustment unit arranged on the first vehicle body. The track detection trolley comprises a second trolley body and a track panel detection unit arranged on the second trolley body. The first trolley body and the second trolley body are connected, and walking mechanisms are arranged at the bottoms of the first trolley body and the second trolley body. At least part of the walking mechanisms are provided with power driving equipment. In addition, the invention also relates to a use method of the track panel fine adjustment detection device. According to the invention, fine adjustment operation can be simultaneously carried out on a plurality of adjustment point positions, and the fine adjustment operation efficiency of the track panel can be obviously improved; according to the method, the track panel state of a single adjusting point position is not used as a detection reference, a certain track panel section where a plurality of adjusting point positions are located is selected as the detection reference, the rigidity characteristic of the track panel is fully considered, the adjusting amount of each target adjusting point position is determined on the basis, and the track panel adjusting precision can be effectively improved.
