The invention provides an anti-seismic module unit and a data center. The anti-seismic module unit comprises a frame and wallboards, the frame comprises a top, a bottom and stand columns connected between the top and the bottom, the top, the bottom and the stand columns are matched to form four side portions which are located between the top and the bottom and are sequentially connected, and the wallboards comprise the first wallboard and the second wallboard. The first wall plate is arranged on at least one of the four side parts, the second wall plate is arranged on the top and the bottom, and the lateral stiffness of the first wall plate is larger than that of the second wall plate. According to the technical scheme, the anti-shearing force performance of the prefabricated modular data center can be improved on the basis that it is guaranteed that the preset modular data center has good working performance.
