The invention provides an anti-lateral module unit and a data center. Each lateral-resistant module unit comprises a frame and a supporting structure, the frame comprises a top, a bottom and a stand column connected between the top and the bottom, and the top, the bottom and the stand column are matched to form four side parts which are located between the top and the bottom and are sequentially connected; the supporting structure is arranged on at least one side portion of the four side portions and connected between the top and the bottom, an included angle is formed between the extending direction of the supporting structure and the extending direction of the stand column, and the supporting structure is used for enhancing the lateral stiffness of the lateral-resistant module unit. According to the technical scheme, the working reliability of the prefabricated modular data center can be improved on the basis of ensuring that the preset modular data center has good working performance.
