Excavation construction method for hard rock of manual hole digging pile adjacent to existing railway business line
The invention discloses a construction method for excavating hard rocks by manual hole digging piles adjacent to an existing railway business line. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) physically isolating an adjacent railway side; (2) measuring and lofting: lofting according to the sideline of the hole digging pile; (3) excavating and constructing a fore shaft; (4) mounting and fixing the hoisting frame; (5) installing a rhinestone in place and constructing; (6) rock expansion cracking; and (7) block hoisting: firmly binding the block rock blocks by using a steel wire rope, and hoisting the rock blocks out of the hole by using a winch. And (8) circulating the steps (5)-(7) until the hole bottom elevation is designed. Compared with the prior art, foundation disturbance caused by blasting and safety of a railway business line can be effectively avoided, and compared with a handheld pneumatic pick, the pneumatic pick is higher in effect, lower in cost, safer and more reliable.
