The invention relates to the technical field of carbon fibers, in particular to an antibacterial carbon fiber felt and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing epoxy resin, carbon fibers, hydrotalcite, an isocyanate propyl triethoxy silane coupling agent and a curing agent to obtain mixed slurry; coating two sides of the carbon fiber felt with the mixed slurry; and then paving glass carbon fiber cloth on one side, and curing to obtain the antibacterial carbon fiber felt. The prepared antibacterial carbon fiber felt has excellent antibacterial performance, and the antibacterial performance is lasting.
本发明涉及碳纤维技术领域，尤其涉及一种抗菌碳纤维毛毡及其制备方法。该制备方法包括以下步骤：将环氧树脂、碳纤维、水滑石、异氰酸丙基三乙氧基硅烷偶联剂、固化剂混合，得到混合浆料；将混合浆料涂覆在碳纤维毛毡两侧；然后在一侧铺设玻璃碳纤维布，待固化后即得抗菌碳纤维毛毡。制备的抗菌碳纤维毛毡具有优异的抗菌性能，且抗菌性能持久。
