Ballast track sleeper stability monitoring device
The invention relates to a ballast track sleeper stability monitoring device which comprises a sleeper body of a ballast track, a fiber bragg grating sleeper monitoring system arranged in the sleeper body and external monitoring equipment used for analyzing the stability of the ballast track. The fiber bragg grating sleeper monitoring system comprises fiber bragg grating intelligent ribs which are arranged in a sleeper body in the long axis direction of the sleeper body; the fiber bragg grating intelligent sensor is vertically arranged at the position, corresponding to the rail bearing table, in the sleeper; the fiber bragg grating intelligent ribs and the fiber bragg grating intelligent sensors are connected through optical fibers and led to one side of the sleeper body to form data transmission connecting holes, and external monitoring equipment is connected with the sleeper body through plugs corresponding to the connecting holes. While the stability condition of the ballast track is accurately analyzed in time, the position, prone to cracks, in the sleeper is reinforced, the shape of the sleeper is not greatly different from that of an original sleeper, normal service of the sleeper cannot be affected, and the method is simple in structure, convenient to install, high in calculation efficiency and high in practicability.
