The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete admixtures, and discloses a low-temperature shrinkage reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The technical problems that a common compound polycarboxylic acid shrinkage reducing agent is poor in stability, and concrete is poor in compressive strength, low in shrinkage reducing performance and poor in crack resistance when used in a low-temperature environment can be effectively solved. Therefore, the shrinkage reducing agent with a polycarboxylic acid structure is synthesized in an aqueous solution by utilizing modified alcohol ether, polyether macromonomer and acrylic acid copolymerization and then utilizing an amide functional small monomer and a reaction aid by utilizing a redox initiation system, and when the shrinkage reducing agent is doped into concrete in a low-temperature environment, the water-retaining property of the concrete is enhanced; the concrete shrinkage reducing rate is increased, and the anti-cracking performance of the concrete is improved.
本发明属于混凝土外加剂技术领域,本发明公开了一种低温减缩剂及制备方法。能够有效解决普通复配聚羧酸减缩剂稳定性差、在低温环境下使用易导致混凝土抗压强度差、减缩性能低,混凝土抗裂性能差的技术问题。因此,本发明利用改性醇醚,与聚醚大单体与丙烯酸共聚合,再辅以酰胺类功能小单体以及反应助剂利用氧化还原引发体系,在水溶液中合成了具有聚羧酸结构的减缩剂,在低温环境中,掺入混凝土时,增强了混凝土的保水性,提高混凝土减缩率,提升混凝土的防裂性能。
