The preparation method of the Tricenda lake modified asphalt comprises the following steps: respectively preheating the matrix asphalt and the Tricenda lake asphalt, mixing the matrix asphalt and the Tricenda lake asphalt according to a doping ratio, and heating and stirring the matrix asphalt and the Tricenda lake asphalt to obtain the Tricenda lake modified asphalt. The preparation method of the wet-process fully-recycled asphalt mixture comprises the following steps: feeding crushed recycled materials into a mixing plant according to an asphalt-aggregate ratio, and heating and carrying out dry mixing; adding the modified asphalt of the Tricinda lake asphalt into a mixing plant, and stirring at a controlled temperature; and finally, discharging at high temperature to obtain the wet-process fully-recycled asphalt mixture. Compared with a conventional asphalt mixture regeneration method in the prior art, the method provided by the invention has the advantages that a regenerant is replaced by the Tarenda Lake modified asphalt, the 100% fully-regenerated asphalt mixture can be realized, and the high-temperature stability, the low-temperature crack resistance, the water stability and the durability which are better than those of the regenerant and matrix asphalt or common SBS modified asphalt can be obtained.
