The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses super-retarded concrete and a preparation method thereof. The invention discloses super-retarded concrete. The super-retarded concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 390-450 parts of a cementing material; 720 to 840 parts of sand; 920 to 1080 parts of broken stone; 9-13 parts of a water reducing agent; 8 to 12 parts of a retarder; 150 to 200 parts of water; wherein the cementing material comprises cement, fly ash and slag powder in a weight ratio of (280-320): (70-90): (37-57). The invention also provides a preparation method of the super-retarded concrete. According to the present invention, the super-retarding concrete obtained by using the formula and the preparation method has characteristics of long setting time, low bleeding rate, good slump retention effect, and good compressive strength after the final setting.
