The super-retarding concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 165 to 175 parts of water, 160 to 260 parts of cement, 983 to 1000 parts of pebbles, 830 to 845 parts of sand, 110 to 160 parts of admixture, 3 to 6 parts of retarder, 2 to 5 parts of preservative and 10 to 20 parts of lubricant, the retarder is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 150 to 200 parts of wheat straw alkaline solution, 150 to 200 parts of slump retaining agent, 60 to 80 parts of white sugar, 30 to 50 parts of sodium gluconate, 0.05 to 0.08 part of lauryl sodium sulfate and 0.05 to 0.1 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose. The super-retarded concrete has the advantages that the setting time is prolonged, the fluidity of the concrete is good, the compactness is high, and the drying shrinkage rate is small.
