The super-retarding concrete provided by the invention is mainly prepared from the following concrete raw materials in parts by weight: 700 to 800 parts of cement, 1400 to 1600 parts of coarse aggregate, 500 to 600 parts of fine aggregate, 240 to 280 parts of water, 20 to 36 parts of modified retarder, 12 to 30 parts of water reducing agent, 10 to 14 parts of defoaming agent and 90 to 110 parts of reinforcing agent. According to the invention, the modified retarder is added to cooperate with the reinforcing agent to act together, so that the retarding time of the concrete is prolonged on the premise of not influencing the compressive strength of the concrete.
