The invention discloses super-retarded concrete and a preparation method thereof. The super-retarded concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 240-250 parts of cement; 75 to 85 parts of fly ash; 750 to 800 parts of sand; 1000 to 1100 parts of stone; 5-8 parts of a super retarding water reducing agent; 160 to 180 parts of water; 10 to 20 parts of melamine formaldehyde resin; 15 to 25 parts of a plant extract; 20 to 30 parts of a modified acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer; 8 to 16 parts of borax; the modified acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer is prepared by modifying an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, acrylic acid and sodium bicarbonate. The concrete has the effect of prolonging the setting time of the concrete.
