Handheld electric grouting device and using method thereof
The handheld electric grouting device comprises a grouting head sleeve and a grouting conveying cylinder, the grouting head sleeve is installed at the front end of the grouting conveying cylinder, a grouting motor is arranged at the rear end of the grouting conveying cylinder, and a motor handle is arranged at the lower end of the rear side of the grouting motor; a starting button penetrates through the interior of the outer wall of the front end of the upper side of a motor handle, a novel auxiliary grouting device is additionally arranged outside a grouting conveying cylinder of the handheld electric grouting device, and the novel auxiliary grouting device can limit the contact gap distance between a grouting head sleeve and a grouting position after being adjusted; according to the grouting head sleeve, mortar can be normally poured into a grouting position through the grouting head sleeve, meanwhile, the grouting head sleeve can be prevented from being directly attached to the wall face, and therefore when the grouting head sleeve is moved for grouting, the situation that abrasion is caused by direct friction between the grouting head sleeve and the wall face is avoided.
本发明公开一种手持式电动灌浆器及其使用方法,包括灌浆头套和灌浆输送筒,所述灌浆头套安装在灌浆输送筒的前端,所述灌浆输送筒后端设置有灌浆电机,所述灌浆电机后侧下端设置有电机把手,所述电机把手上侧前端外壁内部贯穿有启动按钮,通过在该手持式电动灌浆器的灌浆输送筒的外部增加有一个新型的辅助灌浆装置,该新型的辅助灌浆装置通过调节之后能够限制住灌浆头套与灌浆位置的接触间隙距离,使得灌浆头套不仅能够正常的把砂浆灌注到灌浆位置中,同时又能够避免灌浆头套直接与墙面直接贴合,从而能够在移动灌浆头套进行灌浆时,不会出现灌浆头套与墙面直接摩擦而造成磨损的情况发生。
